Privacy Notice
This notice explains what Sumrall Coaching collects through this website, why it is collected, and who processes it. It describes this website only. Information handled inside a Human Development system under an institutional agreement is governed by that agreement.
What the Institutional Inquiry collects
The Institutional Inquiry is the only place this website asks for information about you. When you submit one, it collects your name, professional email address, phone number, professional role, the school, district, college, or athletic program you represent, your state or country, the system you are interested in, and the message you write. It also records the role and environment you selected so the inquiry can be directed correctly.
Why it is collected
It is used to read and respond to your inquiry. It is not used for advertising, it is not added to a marketing list, and it is not sold, rented, or traded.
Where it goes
A submitted inquiry is delivered as an email to richard@sumrallcoaching.com. This website stores no copy of it. There is no database, no account, and no record of your submission retained by the site itself. The delivered email is kept in the recipient mailbox for as long as it is useful to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation.
Service providers
Four providers are involved in operating this website, each limited to its own function. Vercel hosts the site and processes standard server request information. Resend delivers the inquiry email and processes the contents of that email in order to send it. Cloudflare Turnstile performs an automated check that distinguishes people from bots. Upstash stores a short-lived counter used to limit how many submissions come from one network address.
Network address and automated protection
To keep the Institutional Inquiry usable and to prevent automated abuse, your network address is used by the bot check and by the submission rate limit. The rate-limit record is a counter tied to that address and expires automatically within about one hour. Your network address is not included in the inquiry email and is not connected to the information you submit.
Analytics and tracking
This website does not run advertising, cross-site tracking, or third-party marketing scripts, and it does not use cookies to profile visitors. If measurement is introduced later, it will be limited to aggregate page activity and will never capture the contents of an inquiry. This notice will be updated before any such change takes effect.
Students and athletes
This website does not collect information from or about students or athletes. Nothing on this site asks a student, an athlete, or a parent to provide personal information, and the Institutional Inquiry is intended for authorized institutional leaders. Information handled inside a Human Development system is separate from this website and is governed by the agreement with the institution.
Your choices
Submitting an Institutional Inquiry is voluntary. If you would like your inquiry and the message it contained removed from the recipient mailbox, or if you have a question about how your information was handled, write to richard@sumrallcoaching.com and it will be addressed directly.
Changes to this notice
This notice will be updated when the website changes in a way that affects it. The date below reflects the most recent revision.
