This website is informational. It describes Sumrall Coaching, its approach to human development, and the systems it builds. Nothing here is professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and nothing here establishes a professional relationship.
Product availability
The systems described on this site are at different stages. The Student Success Mapping System is available through institutional inquiry. The Competitive Performance Mapping System is Coming Summer 2027. CPMS College is Coming Soon. NextChapter is Assessment & Resources — Coming Soon. A system that is not yet available cannot be obtained through this website, and describing one here is not an offer to provide it.
What an inquiry is and is not
Submitting an Institutional Inquiry starts a conversation. It does not create a purchase, an enrollment, an agreement, or an obligation on either side, and it does not reserve or guarantee access to any system. Implementation of a system follows a meeting with Sumrall Coaching.
No guaranteed outcomes
Human development is not a formula. Any description of what a system is designed to do reflects its intent, not a promise of a particular result for a particular person or institution. Outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of Sumrall Coaching.
Intellectual property
The content, design, structure, and text of this website belong to Sumrall Coaching. The names Sumrall Coaching™, Personal Design Intelligence™, Student Success Mapping System, Competitive Performance Mapping System, CPMS College, and NextChapter, together with the associated logo and marks, are its property. You may read and share this site and quote it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use the marks to suggest an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
Availability and accuracy
This website is provided as it is. Reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate and available, but it is not warranted to be uninterrupted, error free, or current at every moment. Descriptions of systems still in development may change as those systems develop.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Sumrall Coaching is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from reliance on its contents. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where this site links somewhere else, that destination is not under the control of Sumrall Coaching, and its content is its own responsibility.
